Dhananjay Sonawane is one of the founder members of DAccess Group of companies and also Director of Sales & Marketing for DAccess Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. He is Bachelor of Electronics & Telecommunication From PICT in year 2000. He has leading experience in Business Developments and Sales and Marketing in multinational companies from 2000-2006.

A results driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency. Experienced leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organization. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world.

Responsible for the day-to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. Making sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients whilst maintaining its existing customer base

Namrata Pawar

Namrata Pawar is one of the founder members of DAccess Group of companies and also Managing Director for DAccess Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. She is Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering in 2004. She has leading experience in Software Architecture, designing & development in multinational companies from 2005-2007.

She began her business in late 2007 along with Mr. Dhanjay Sonavane, B.E,(Elec & Telecommunication) by just trading electronic security systems for IT industry in Pune. Market demand for customized solutions especially in the area of Attendance and pay roll and other products, Mrs. Namrata Pawar ventured to start own software development and designing of embedded technology to give customized solutions to clients. She gave significant contribution to the software development which proved to be unique feature in Security Technology and was appreciated by clients located PAN India and international level. This contribution proved as major Philip to business growth in terms of turnover and employment generation.
